By creating an account or using PropertyBazzar.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Use of the Platform

PropertyBazzar is a marketplace connecting buyers, renters, agents and builders. We facilitate discovery and communication — we are not a party to, and do not guarantee, any transaction between users.

3. Listings & Verification

All property listings submitted by agents, builders or owners are subject to admin review before receiving a ✅ Verified badge. While we verify RERA registration and ownership documents where provided, PropertyBazzar does not guarantee the accuracy of every detail in a listing and buyers should independently verify before transacting.

4. AI Scores & Predictions

AI Investment Scores, rental yield estimates, and price predictions shown on the platform (including via Aira) are generated from historical and market data for informational purposes only. They are not financial advice and are not guarantees of future performance.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@propertybazzar.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

6. Fees

Basic property listings are free. Premium placement, featured listings, and lead-generation tools for agents/builders may carry fees, which will always be disclosed before purchase.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to post fraudulent, duplicate, or misleading listings; scrape platform data without permission; or use the platform to harass other users or agents.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is." PropertyBazzar is not liable for losses arising from property transactions, third-party agent conduct, or reliance on AI-generated estimates, to the maximum extent permitted by Indian law.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bangalore, Karnataka having exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of PropertyBazzar after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
