We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email, phone number and search preferences when you create an account, save a property, or contact an agent — along with usage data like pages viewed, properties saved, and searches performed, collected automatically to improve your experience.
We use your data to show relevant listings, generate AI investment scores and recommendations, connect you with verified agents, process property listing submissions, send price-alert notifications you opt into, and improve the AI models (including Aira) that power the platform.
When you contact an agent, schedule a visit, or submit a lead-capture form, relevant contact details are shared with the listing agent or builder so they can respond to your inquiry. We do not sell your personal data to third-party advertisers.
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember your filter preferences, and understand aggregate usage patterns. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may limit some features.
We use industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) for data in transit and restrict internal access to personal data on a need-to-know basis. No online platform can guarantee absolute security, but we continuously monitor and patch our systems.
You can access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time from Dashboard → Settings, or by emailing privacy@propertybazzar.com. You may also opt out of marketing communications while retaining transactional notifications.
PropertyBazzar is not directed at individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
We may update this policy as our platform evolves. Material changes will be notified via email or an in-app banner before they take effect.
